Job DescriptionSenior Technical Architect role within Americas Services organization, focused on providing technical leadership through Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) and CX Fusion Sales & Service product engagements– Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience preferred. Will work directly with client technical sponsor and business leads to deliver highly-scalable, easily maintainable web applications for both end-customers and enterprise employees. Focus on customer SaaS/PaaS adoption, technical architecture, leveraging best practice cloud development processes, and scope management. Internally will champion Oracle’s True Cloud Method delivery methodology across pre-sales, delivery and product stakeholders to scale Oracle Customer Solutions for Industries CX SaaS and PaaS delivery capabilities to consistently and cost-effectively deliver best-in-class cloud-based solutions.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Internal Oracle:o Certified Oracle Redwood Application Developero Mentor/develop other consultants into lead roleso Contribute to reusable collateral/acceleratorso Participate in business development, including customer presentations and RFP responses related to CX Portal Architect role/functiono Knowledge sharing across peer groupProject engagements:o Single point of contact to both Project Manager and client for the CX Portal solutions and scope managemento Provide leadership to the implementation team by promoting consistency across the team, including methodology, deliverable templates, terminology, etco Provide leadership and guidance in defining technical architecture landscape and strategy for CX for Industrieso Partner with client technical leadership on change management to drive PaaS and SaaS adoption to the larger client organization and educate this community on key changes to current processeso Provide Oracle Cloud Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development best practice, through engagements in Oracle Utilities implementations within North AmericaClear & timely communication internally, as well as externally with customers and partnersPreferred QualificationsO VBCS technical architect experience on at least two implementationso Facilitating workshopso Driving the client to a recommended solution and owning the delivery of ito Providing leadership to both client and project teamDesigner or architect experience with Oracle Fusion appsUtility industry experience (working directly for a utility) a plusOracle Fusion Service Implementation Professional certificationOracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Implementation Professional certification10+ years overall relevant experience, including 5+ years in consulting or servicesSuccessful full lifecycle implementation experienceThis position typically requires 25-50% travel. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
